Terms and Conditions

  • Minimum Stay: 1 nights
  • Maximum Stay: 14 nights
  • Our spacious rooms are designed for two guests, with at least one adult per room. Reservations are accepted for adults and children aged 16 and older.
  • Payments: We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover cards. For each room reserved, a deposit equal to the cost of one night's stay will be charged at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be collected at check-in.

Restrictions

  • Guests must be 19 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID and credit card must be presented at check-in.
  • Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking, vaping, and marijuana are not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. A $300 cleaning fee will apply for violations.
  • Pet Policy: Guests may not bring pets, certified service animals only. Please note that our property is home to two St. Berdoodles and regularly visited by range of native wildlife (e.g. black bears, white tail deer, squirrels, chipmunks, raccoons, skunks, snakes, red tail hawks, falcons, herons, turkeys, and more).

Group Bookings: A Group Booking is defined as a reservation where all rooms are booked under a single reservation or for occupying the entire property by a group. Please contact us directly for group booking arrangements.

Arrival and Departure

  • Check-In: Between 4 PM and 6 PM. The Innkeeper will greet you, answer questions, and provide property details.
  • Check-Out: 11 AM. For late check-out requests, please contact us before 9 AM on departure day. Early and late check-ins are not guaranteed and may incur charges.
  • If you plan to arrive early, please notify us in advance to make arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

  • If canceled 14 days or more before your first night’s stay, your deposit will be refunded, less a $25 cancellation fee.
  • If canceled within 14 days, your deposit will not be refunded. However, we will refund the portion rebooked by other guests.
  • If canceled on or after your arrival day, the full amount of your stay will be charged.

Guest Conduct

  • Quiet Hours: 8 PM to 8 AM. Please respect other guests' comfort by keeping noise levels low.
  • Respect Property: We are delighted to welcome you to our property and trust that you will treat it with care during your stay. In the event of any damage to our home or its contents, we reserve the right to charge for the repair or replacement of the affected items. If any issues arise, we will promptly notify you of the situation and provide details of the replacement costs. We will work with you to arrange payment in a fair and transparent manner.
  • Minimize strong scents or perfumes to accommodate guests with sensitivities.

Automobiles & Parking:

  • Please observe all posted speed limit signs, both on Mazzetti Road and our driveway.
  • Guest parking is located along the front circle and is not visible to street traffic. However, parking is neither gated nor sheltered; we cannot guarantee the security of guest automobile contents or protection from weather events.

Privacy and Security:

  • Close and lock any windows you have opened
  • Lock the interior door to your room whenever you leave
  • Key interior and exterior areas of the property are monitored by security cameras, which are operational and record events 24x7. No cameras are located in guest rooms.
  • Except in the event of an emergency, we will not enter your room during your stay without your permission.

Amenities and Services

  • Breakfast: Served daily between 8 AM and 9:30 AM. Submit menu selections by 8 PM the prior evening. Dietary needs will be accommodated with advance notice.
  • Lounge: Includes games, books, and a vintage record player (assisted by the innkeeper).
  • Pool: In-ground pool available May - September depending upon weather. Swim at your own risk and no diving. No lifeguard on duty.
  • Trails: Dress appropriately for trails to prevent tick exposure.
  • Housekeeping: Provided upon Checkout or otherwise requested.
